The POOL is heated automatically during your stay. The SPA is turned on using a touch pad located on the fence. It will heat to 103F in 45 minutes and run for 2 hours.

We live on a quiet street on Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. Amazing proximity to beach and bay on either side of the street. Historic Bridge St is a five minute walk away. There you'll find beach bars, amazing restaurants, and shops. The location can not be beat!

So many amazing attractions are an incredibly close walk from our home. There are 4 parking spots at our home itself. There is a public trolley which supplies the entire island and has a stop at our street. In addition "The Monkey Bus" is a transportation service that will take you anywhere on island and picks you up at the house. They work based on tips. Finally with have a 6 person electric golf cart exclusive to our property that is always there and available for rent through a local rental company. The cart is street legal and you can access anywhere on the island with it.
